This issue may occur if you play through multiple episodes in one sitting for an extended period of time. Playing through Season Two in smaller increments is one way to avoid encountering this issue.
We recommend playing through each episode individually, then after completing an episode and before starting the next episode, follow these steps:
- Exit/Close out of the game.
- Turn your system Off for a few minutes, then back On again.
- Play through the next episode.
- Repeat the process for each episode.
After you have reached Episode 5, you should be able to play through the episode fully with all of your choices intact.
If you are currently experiencing this issue, please upload your saves to the Playstation Online Storage or to a USB drive. Then delete the local copy of your save files on your console and start a new game. If you do not have the ability to upload your saves to Online Storage, deleting your local saves and starting a new game will also allow you to play successfully.
