I can't access my KRAFTON ID to unlink it from my Steam ID

If you are not able to unlink the account on your own because the previously used email address or password changed due to Steam account hacking, or the existing email account was deleted, etc, then the accounts have to be manually unlinked through KRAFTON Support.

For a manual unlink, please email KRAFTON Support at account_support@krafton.com with the information below: 

1. Game name, game account
2. Email account used to create KRAFTON ID
3. If there is an error, a screenshot of the error pop-up
