Currently, some players are unable to redeem Founder’s Pack and The Gore Skin even after fulfilling the requirements. Striking Distance Studios sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience and confusion.
We are aware of the two separate issues causing these problems and are actively working on the fix. As soon as the issues are solved, SDS will make sure the players who were unable to redeem the rewards are correctly entitled the items and announce the fix.
