How do I change my email address and password for KRAFTON ID?

Go to KRAFTON ID > Personal Info > Click “Change Email.”

Enter a new email and password and then click “Save Changes” to make a change.

Go to KRAFTON ID > Personal Info > Click "Change" for Password.

Fill out Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password and then click “Save Changes” to make a change.

Please note, you can reset your password using "Click here to reset your account password" if needed.
