Where are my collectible goodies?

First, we’d like to share our sincere appreciation for supporting us and the StillNotBitten team by pre-ordering a WALKING DEAD: THE DEFINITIVE EDITION collector’s pack from Skybound.com. 


When we last contacted you, we had separately shipped you your physical copy or code for the game and we were hoping to get the Collector’s Pack bonus items to you this month. Unfortunately, further delays were introduced in finalizing the items in order to meet our quality standards as well as unforeseen logistical complications related to the ongoing US-China trade war.  


But we’re happy to report that production issues have been remedied and we can confirm shipments of the rest of your collector’s pack goodies to go out the week of January 26th.  


We realize that while separate shipping from all the other Collector’s Pack goodies is not ideal, we wanted to ensure that you, our amazing fans, received items that were up the quality standard that you deserve.  

 

And as a thank you for your patience, we will be throwing in another collectible pin + additional a surprise in the final shipment to let you know how grateful we are!

 

Unfortunately as we said last time, if you have already received your game, we cannot accept requests for refunds.
