Guardian and Signature Packs - Clem and Lee Diorama

Since we emailed about the TWD: Collector’s Pack items last week, we’ve had a multitude of reactions from our fans, both positive and negative. We recognize there were differences between the initial render of the Clem and Lee diorama we solicited and the production sample we showed you last week. We know you wouldn’t have spoken up unless you were as passionate about these characters as we are.   

To get right to the point, we’d like to announce that as of today, we’re starting work on a brand new, original, alternate posed version of a Clem and Lee statue, that we’ll be giving to ALL our Guardian and Signature Pack customers FOR FREE  some time next year. This will not delay shipment of your current Collector’s pack in January that will still include the original Clem & Lee statue we promised. We’ll be keeping you in the loop every step of the way on this second statue’s creation. We value the trust you’ve placed in us and will strive to be as transparent and engaged as possible with our community of awesome fans during this process of creating the new statue. 

And finally, if you’re not at all satisfied with the above solution, then we’re allowing you to cancel your order to get your money back. To do so:

1. Please submit a ticket to helpdesk.skybound.com or email webstore@skybound.com 
2. Make sure to include your full name and order # and which Collector Pack you ordered (Guardian or Signature)
3. Let us know if you'd like a refund via Paypal (with your paypal id and as your fastest option) or check 
4. Your request must be made by Jan. 10th, 2020.
