Where is my make-good Level 52 statue and why is it taking so long?

First we’d like to thank you for purchasing the TWD: Definitive Series Collector Packs and for your patience as we work to develop a statue that meets your high standards. This statue will always be yours free-of-charge as a token of our appreciation and continued patience. 

When we first started developing the statue with our friends at Level 52 back in late 2019, the logistical issues we now encounter had not yet materialized. We originally anticipated a ship date much sooner but drastic global supply-chain issues around the world have had us revise that ship date at least twice now. Ships docked for months at port, factories running at a third capacity due to COVID-restrictions, and even raw material shortages highlight the huge obstacles our partners are encountering to getting your statue ready for delivery.

We’re just as frustrated and disappointed in this turn of events as you are but will continue to provide updates in a timeline manner. We know being open and transparent with you ensures your valuable trust in us and we hope that will continue. If you have recently changed delivery addresses or anticipate you will in 2022, please submit a Help Desk ticket with your order # so that we can make sure it gets delivered to the right location. We’ll also be in direct contact with customers once the shipping date gets closer to ensure we have the most up-to-date information.
