Why Was My Order Canceled For Potential Fraud?

Modified on Fri, 16 May at 5:50 AM

In some cases, orders may be automatically canceled due to issues with payment verification or security concerns.

Common reasons include:

  • The billing address or ZIP/postal code doesn’t match what’s on file with your card issuer

  • The CVV/security code is incorrect or unavailable

  • Your bank flagged the transaction as suspicious

  • Multiple failed payment attempts

  • A mismatch between the billing/shipping address and the IP address location

  • The billing country differs from the country where the order was placed

  • The order was placed using a high-risk internet connection (e.g., web proxy or VPN)

We recommend contacting your financial institution for more information on why the payment may have been declined or blocked.

Please note that our support team is unable to manually process or override payment rejections.
