Yes, Skybound ships many of our products internationally to our valued fans around the world!

Important Shipping Restrictions (As of May 2025): However, please note that due to evolving international shipping complexities and regulations, we are unfortunately no longer able to sell or ship orders to the following markets: Mexico, Brazil, South Korea, and China. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause to our fans in these regions. We are continuously monitoring the situation and hope to be able to serve these markets again in the future if circumstances allow.

For all other international destinations we currently serve:

An Important Note on International Shipping Rates (As of May 2025):

We want to thank you for being a valued part of the Skybound community. We’re incredibly grateful for our international fans and your continued support of the stories and merch you love.

Due to ongoing changes in the global economic and political landscape, we’ve had to adjust our international shipping rates for the countries we ship to. These increased costs reflect the reality of current logistics and transportation challenges beyond our control.

Please know this was not a decision we made lightly. Updating our shipping rates is the only way we can continue to make our products available to fans around the world. We're committed to providing the best possible experience, and we’re actively exploring more efficient solutions for the future.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Understanding International Shipping with Skybound (for eligible countries):

Here’s what you need to know when placing an international order to an eligible country:

Calculating Shipping Costs: You can see the estimated shipping costs for your order by adding your desired items to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Enter your full shipping address to see the available shipping options and their current costs, which reflect the adjustments mentioned above.

Using a VPN (Important Note): Please avoid using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) when Browse our store or attempting to make your purchase. Using a VPN can sometimes cause issues with order processing, payment verification, or the display of correct shipping options and duties, and may prevent you from completing your order if it masks your location as one of the restricted countries.

Customs Duties and Taxes (Very Important!):When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (like VAT), and other customs fees levied by your destination country.

Pre-Paying Duties (Recommended): For many international destinations, we partner with services like Global-E to offer you the option to pre-pay these duties and taxes during checkout. We highly recommend selecting this option if available. Pre-paying ensures:

  • No surprise charges upon delivery.
  • Smoother and often faster customs clearance.

If You Do Not Pre-Pay Duties: If you choose not to pre-pay duties and taxes, or if the option isn't available for your destination, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying all applicable import fees directly to the carrier or your local customs office when the package arrives in your country. Your order will not be released for delivery until these fees are paid.

Skybound Does Not Cover These Costs: Please be aware that Skybound does not cover these import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees if they are not pre-paid at the time of your order.

Typical International Shipping Times:Once your order has shipped from our warehouse:

  • International delivery generally takes 3 to 5 weeks.
  • This timeframe is an estimate and can sometimes be longer due to factors like customs processing in your country (which can vary greatly) and the efficiency of your local postal service.

Tracking Your International Order:

  • You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
  • Initially, you can track your package via the international carrier (e.g., Landmark Global, EPG, Chronopost).
  • Once the package arrives in your country and clears customs, tracking may transfer to your local postal service. You can often continue to use the original international tracking number on your local postal service's website for more detailed updates.

We recommend checking our more detailed article, "Why Isn't My Order's Tracking Updating, and What Should International Customers Know About Shipping & Customs?" for further information on tracking and delivery expectations.
