What if I have a lost package?

These things can happen! If you’ve checked your tracking information and it seems your package has stopped moving or has been mis-delivered, please first check with your postal carrier.

Please note, if it is an international package, there may be some unexpected delays due to customs clearance in which case it can take a bit longer. We ask for your patience on this. 

If you have already contacted the postal carrier and extended time has passed, then please submit a ticket or email us at webstore@skybound.com and one of your customer experience agents will be happy to help!
