So you've received your shipping confirmation email, but your tracking number shows "Label Created," "Pre-Shipment," or hasn't updated in a few days? Or perhaps you're wondering about the estimated delivery window for your order? This guide should help clarify!
Understanding Initial Tracking Statuses (All Orders):
It's normal for tracking not to show movement immediately. Here’s what’s happening:
1. Label Created: When your order is being prepared by our warehouse, a shipping label is generated. This is usually when you receive your tracking number via email.
2. Warehouse Processing: Your order is then picked, packed, and made ready for shipment. This step can take 1-3 business days. Our aim to ship "within 48 hours" (2 business days) generally refers to this warehouse processing period before the carrier collects the package.
3. Carrier Pickup: Shipping carriers (like USPS, FedEx, OnTrac, etc.) collect packages from our warehouse in batches.
4. First Scan & Updates: Your package typically gets its first tracking scan when it's received and processed at the carrier's initial sorting facility. This is when you'll start to see movement updates on the tracking page. There can be a delay of 24-72 hours (or occasionally longer, especially during peak seasons or weekends) between the carrier picking up your package and it receiving this first scan.
What to do for initial tracking delays:
- Please allow at least 3-5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the information to show its first update.
- Remember that "business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Initial Carrier Scan):
Once your package has been scanned by the carrier and is in transit:
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Standard delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days. (As referenced in Solution ID 30000030841)
- International Shipping: Delivery generally takes 3 to 5 weeks. This timeframe can be longer depending on your country's customs processing and local postal service efficiency.
Please note that these are estimates. Peak seasons (like holidays) or unforeseen carrier delays can sometimes extend these timeframes. For pre-order items, the shipping estimate on the product page refers to when the item will begin shipping from our warehouse, not the delivery date.
When to Contact Support:
- If your domestic tracking hasn't shown any updates for more than 7 business days after the "label created" notification.
- If your U.S. order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after you saw the first tracking scan.
- If your international order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks after you saw the first tracking scan.
When contacting us, please provide your order number.
