I'm stuck in Episode 4 at the nurse's station or the sewers

If you cannot open the nurse's station after receiving the tapes, or you cannot leave the sewers, please rewind to one or two chapters back in the episode. If you replay from a previous rewind checkpoint, you should be able to continue playing normally.

If the issue persists, please follow these steps:

1. Launch the game, select Play, and select Rewind for Episode 4.
2. Rewind to the scene where Lee must jump across the roof and grab Molly's hand.
3. Deliberately fail to grab Molly's hand.
4. Reload from the last checkpoint.

Letting the scene reset this way will allow you to progress through the episode.
