If you've already received a shipping confirmation, it's likely too late to cancel the order, as it has already left our warehouse.
Orders begin processing automatically right after purchase, and there’s only a small window before they move to picking and packing. If you’re hoping to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by submitting a ticket or emailing webstore@skybound.com. While we’ll do our best, please note we can’t guarantee cancellation once the order is in motion.
If we’re unable to cancel, we can walk you through the return process unless the item is print-on-demand or a limited edition product, which are final sale and not eligible for return.
